We're sorry to see you go. If you've decided to leave Steeze, follow the steps below to permanently close your account and remove your data.
Mobile App Deletion Steps

Open the Steeze app
Ensure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.

Go to Profile
Navigate to your personal profile tab at the bottom navigation bar.

Tap Settings
Locate the gear icon or "Settings" option within your profile menu.

Select "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of the security or privacy section.

Confirm deletion
Confirm the permanent action to finalize the process.
Data retention policy
SteezeApp is committed to your privacy. However, please note that some transactional or legal records may be retained temporarily for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax reporting, or regulatory compliance. These records are held in a secure, restricted environment and deleted once the legal retention period expires.
What happens next?
Your profile information is permanently removed from our active database.
Your authentication credentials (email, password) are deleted immediately.
Any active bookings or service requests are automatically cancelled.
